In our Beginners Potter’s Wheel classes, you’ll explore multiple techniques to create with clay using the Potters Wheel. You’ll learn how to make a wide variety of pieces including mugs, bowls, vases and more. Each student can use up to 25 pounds of clay during the duration of the class. Students will also learn how to finish their pieces, including trimming, handling and how to maintain a safe studio environment. The session wraps up with a glazing lesson on your last class!

Your masterpieces will be ready to pickup the following Sunday.

This class is suitable for total beginners who have never ever touched a piece of clay before, and for those looking to practice and refine their skills.

Covid Protocols
We have transitioned away from a mandatory mask policy. Although we are not requiring masks in our studio at this time, should this change, we may require that masks be worn while at the studio.

Given the close proximity and nature of teaching pottery, we will do what we feel is best to keep our staff safe while they are at work. We appreciate your understanding!

Cancellations & Missed Classes
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to class to allow time to rebook your space. If you must cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the first class, we can offer a credit if your space is able to be filled. We are NOT able to refund or offer credit for cancellations made on the day your class starts.

ALL REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS are subject to a fee of $20 per participant – this portion is not refundable as it includes our payment processing fees.

Missed classes are unable to be made up due to capacity limitations in our studio.
