For the first time, Hands On Pottery presents our very own Make & Paint a Christmas Village! This one-session workshop at Hands On Pottery is a great way to experience what it’s like to create something out of clay just in time for the holidays!

You will learn how to make holiday houses out of slabs of clay in one afternoon! We will guide you through the process – transforming long “sheets” of clay into your very own ceramic houses. Customize them to your liking! We love seeing what comes out of creative minds.

Once you have made your houses, we will then refine and use underglazes to add colour and dimension to your village. Build many small houses, or a few larger ones!

Your finished handmade ceramic village will be ready within 2 weeks - just in time for the holidays! (We’ll email you when they are ready.) We will do our best to have them ready as early as possible, but we guarantee pick-up by December 21st.

Please note that this is a hand-building class and does not involve using a potter’s wheel. You can sign up for one-night wheel workshops here!

Ages 12 and up are welcome! All attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
